6•30 {day 29}

Well let's just say my day started pretty dang good & it wasn't even my birthday... (Thanks Nick) unfortunately I had to go to work after a long night with hardly any sleep. But thanks to the morning I had it wasn't too hard. After work I ran some errands and hung out at home. Later that night I went back over to the bloxhams to hangout & give Syd her present. We ended up going swimming over at Morgans but only after the little wax party me and Syd had. Haha. We tried to make the most out the past couple days especially since it's Nick's last days here.

B I R T H D A Y shoutout to my cute friend sydney. I'm so grateful we became friends 3 years ago. I don't know what high school would've been like without her. We've been by each others side through it all... I know we've had our ups & downs but it definitely has brought us closer than ever. I'm blessed to be best friends with someone as fun & funny a she is. I love her so much & know we'll be friends forever.  

 

6•29 {day 28}

Today was really sad but also really fun. It was the best of both worlds. I started off my day at Landen Measom's farewells. He did really well but it made me realize that I'm actually old enough to have friends leaving on missions. That's so weird. After his talk we had good back at his house. I sat & talked with my friends for a while then went home. We went over to grandmas for the afternoon then I came home to go to syds.

We decided to get the gang together to surprise Syd for her birthday the next day. She was shocked and didn't really know how to react. We had sundae's on Sunday & talked & laughed for hours. Then we played night games. After capture the flag and messing around for a while we all fell asleep cuddling while watching Footloose. It was the perfect night & start to Sydney's birthday. 

6•28 {day 27}

Because we didn't get home till like 4am I spent the whole morning sleeping then I had work. After work I spent the night at the Riverton Rodeo with my cute family 

It was a great & enjoyable way to spend my Saturday night. 

6•27 {day 26}

Just another day of work & Netflix. But that night we volunteered to help out with the Ragnar race. So me jordan & Curtis drove up to the Oakley rodeo grounds for out 8pm-3am shift

We helped with set up but then didn't do a whole lot more after that. By night time the temperature had really dropped so we got blankets out of curt's car and cuddled up in the little bed we made.

We were in charge of the hot coco stand but runners weren't expected to come for a while so we took naps when they didn't need us. It ended up being a lot more fun than I thought it would be! It helped that I got to do it with my friends

6•26 {day 25}

I worked some more during the day... It was easier cause I was starting to understand what to do better... It's pretty good so far! That night I went to syds to hangout but we ended up going over to Emily lugenbells house while nick, his cousin, miles, curt, and Emily swam. Me and Syd just talked and told each other our stories since we hadn't seen each other that whole week- when we had spent the two weeks before that constantly together. It was a good night! 

6•25 {day 24}

I started my new job! It's fun, I like it. The little kids are fun and I like the way they run the child center. I basically spent the whole day working & then teaching gymnastics that night. I didn't really do a whole lot so it was pretty boring. 

6•24 {day 23}

Another day spent at the U. I got to register for my classes. I'm super excited to go there & start school in the fall! I had a great time and I'm glad I met new friends. 

Later that night I went to the drive in with Landen, Jordan, & Morgan. It was so fun but it made me realize how much I'm going to miss all my friends leaving on missions. It's weird to know that I won't be seeing them for two whole years. It's even weirder to think we're old enough for that.
