I love this quote! It's so true. You can't hide the way you truly feel, it'll all come out whether you want it to or not. It's impossible to hide the way you feel, eventually everyone will find out. It's better to be upfront & honest about your feelings. In the end it'll be easier, & you'll save yourself a lot of heartache.

Today we surprised Abbi in Park City for her birthday. It was a fun way to spend our Sunday, laughing and making memories with one another. I'm so glad I have great friends like them.

Last night made me realize a few things,
1. I need to post more.
2. The people who you think are there for you really might not be.
3. It sucks not being invited to things & feeling like you're unwanted!
4. You might think you're over someone until you hangout & catch up with them and realize you still have feelings.
